Radioactivist Handbook
17 pages
In 1979, power, waste, and weapons all come into focus in Barnwell, South Carolina. In Barnwell, the Government/Industrial Coalition has placed Chem-Nuclear Systems, Savannah River Plant, and Allied-General Nuclear services, whose nuclear weapons and power plagued the area with radioactive material. The following document looks at the use of nonviolent activism against the nuclear reprocessor in Barnwell. The purpose of the handbook is to train one in the ways of census, nonviolence, and direction against the nuclear repressor in Barnwell. The document also provides an overall background for nonviolent activism.
